Racine, WI
A true collaborative effort between Owner, Architect and Builder combined several historic buildings into one new landmark building. Additions from the 1960’s were removed and an L-shaped glass enclosure was constructed around a new courtyard, defining the entryway and allowing views to the museum’s interior.
This project received numerous American Institute of Architects (AIA) Design Excellence Awards:

- Sustainable Design Award, Special Recognition for Downtown Revitalization
- Distinguished Building Award, Citation of Merit
- Interior Architecture Award, Honor Award
