Bukacek Construction constructed a beautiful addition to di Carlo’s, a gourmet Italian restaurant. The addition of 2,600 square feet expanded di Carlo’s to 6,500 square feet. Upon completion of the addition, extensive remodeling of the original restaurant and kitchen area was completed with only a four day shutdown of service.
