This project was a 3,000-square-foot remodel & addition to a previous M&I Bank facility. Addition work included adding a new basement for a break room and on the 1st floor, a new waiting area, member services and offices. The existing building was fully renovated on the interior while also replacing the roofing on the exterior. A drive-up ATM was added in the parking lot along with additional parking spaces on the east side of the site.
