Unico, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Regal Beloit Corporation, partnered with Bukacek Construction to construct this multi-phased expansion and renovation. The project consisted of adding on a 60,000 sq ft addition for manufacturing with a mezzanine space in the plant. The addition spurred supplementary phases with the owner moving some operations into the new building, while the existing space was remodeled and upgraded with a similar look to the new layout. In order to keep Unico in operation at all times, three phases were needed to complete the existing plant without interruption.
