Racine Railroad Products, a manufacturer of maintenance-of-way equipment to the railroad industry, partnered with Bukacek to acquire and renovate a multi-building site to meet the demands of their growing business. The project consisted of a 4,700 sq ft loading dock addition, and renovation of the existing manufacturing and office areas.
