This building located in Racine, WI consisted of renovation of existing facility space into offices, warehousing, quality control space, labs, and an airplane engine testing and certification facility. In addition to interior renovations, the exterior was transformed with much needed site work upgrades. DeltaHawk’s focus is producing a prototype compression-ignition engine for the aviation industry. Their goal is to produce a family of engines which will become the smallest, lightest, most fuel-efficient and reliable multi-fuel engines on the market.
