RACINE, WI, June 6, 2009 – Bukacek Construction has recently completed a new branch bank for M & I Bank in New Berlin. The 5,000 square foot facility is the first “LEED” (Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design) certified building for M & I in Wisconsin. The branch bank features sustainable materials, a geothermal HVAC system, water and energy conservation design, recycling of construction debris and operations materials, a shower room for cyclists and other green features.
