This building was a former grocery store located in the city of Waukesha. Educators Credit Union purchased the vacant building and developed the site into a 4,000 square foot financial branch office and 8,000 square foot retail lease space. The project includes new masonry facing, four new drive-up bays, all new interiors and mechanical systems.
